Dr. Valentina Benneth Daminabo is a dynamic, purpose-driven leader whose life’s mission bridges healthcare, wealth creation, leadership development, and women empowerment. Immigrating to the United States in 2011 as a young nurse with a passion for service, she has transformed her journey from “pawn to queen,” evolving from the bedside to boardrooms, and from healthcare to “wealth care.”
With unwavering determination, Dr. Valentina advanced her education while raising her family and building her leadership legacy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2015), Master of Science in Nursing (2018), and ultimately her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2023, solidifying her position as a respected clinical and administrative leader. She has served as a Nurse Manager with the Federal Government for four years, driving excellence, patient-centered care, staff development, and operational innovation.
Expanding her impact beyond medicine, Dr. Valentina became a Licensed Financial Professional in 2024, merging her decades of health knowledge with financial literacy to help families build generational wealth, protect their futures, and create financial independence. Her unique “health + wealth” framework positions her as a trusted advocate, educator, and strategist for individuals, families, and organizations seeking transformation on all levels.
For over 20 years, Dr. Valentina has also served as a Pastor and faith-based leader, guiding people into purpose, healing, and spiritual alignment. She is a gifted Speaker, Life Coach, and Empowerment Strategist, known for her authenticity, boldness, and ability to ignite confidence in women and emerging leaders.
She is the Founder and CEO of Surge Leadership Development LLC, a training and empowerment organization dedicated to leadership development, personal transformation, organizational capacity building, and financial education for individuals, entrepreneurs, corporate teams, and faith-based communities.
